What factors go into determining custody/time-sharing and visitation in Florida?

Pursuant to the Florida Statute, there's several factors that the court will be considering with regards to time-sharing. The courts will always look at to determine whether or not a party would be encouraging a relationship. The courts will look at the moral stability of the parents, the parent that might know what needs and desires of the child with regards to school age.

This is an important factor that I would highly recommend that you would consult with a lawyer. It's a very difficult process to go through and the factors are crucial when the court determines time-sharing and who would have majority time.
