What is supervised visitation in Florida?

Supervised visitation is when one or both parents must have a third party with them while they have timesharing with their children. We usually see this in cases where there's been either domestic violence or substance abuse, or it's a situation where there's a concern that the child may not be entirely safe with the parent unless there's a third party there. This can be done outside with a third party or it can be done at a place called a supervised visitation center.
