Schedule Mediation

      Thank you for choosing Kathy C George & Associates. Attorney Kathy C. George schedules three (3) hours with the morning mediation session beginning at 9:00 a.m., and the afternoon mediation session beginning at 1:00 p.m. The scheduling of mediation can be accomplished through the use of the form below. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all mediations will be held via Zoom video conferencing. If you need more than three hours or you need a mediator to travel to your office, please contact our office to schedule the mediation directly with our paralegal or legal assistant.

       Private Mediations will be charged as follows: The rate for private mediation is $250.00 per hour with Kathy C. George. There is a requirement of three (3) hours minimum and payment is due at the end of the mediation. The allocation of the payment will be split equally by the parties, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

     Court Provided Mediations will be charged as follows: The rate for court provided mediation is determined by the court. The parties are required to pay in advance with the Clerk of the Court their respective mediation fees. The parties shall provide a copy of the receipt for payment of fees at the beginning of mediation.

      Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must occur at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled mediation. If you cancel with less than 48 hours prior to the mediation, then there is a cancellation fee equal to three hours.

        Mediation Location: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, mediations will be held via Zoom video conferencing.
